Product detail

Modified Asphalt Waterproof Material (for bridge) is specially used for municipal government’s road and bridge projects. It is made by saturating the modifier such as APP, SBS in bitumen, reinforced with polyester or fiberglass, finishing the two faces with fine sands, mineral slates(or grains)or polythene membrane etc. It is famous for high heat-resistance and shear-resistance.

Attentions for Construction

Construction shall not be carried out in rain, snow or over 5 degree wind weather; Thereshall be sufficient safety protective facilities in construction site, place firefighting devices according to stipulations.

1)Clean the substrate using broom or high pressure dusty cleaner.

2)Apply primer.

3)Heat the membrane bottom using a high temperature flame gun.

4)Push forward while the primer and membrane oil melted.

5)Use a roller to push hard the membrane surface to ensure it stick firmly.

 

Storage and transporation

1. Different types or specifications of products should be separate, not mixed. 

2. Keep it ventilation and out of the sun or rain, and the storage temperature should not be over 50°C.

3.The roller sheets should be lying in storage or transportation. And the stockpile height should not be more than 2 layers in case of Inclination or lateral compressive force.

4.Storage time is at least one year from manufacture date on  if the product is under normal operation of storage.
